"I wanted to let you know incredible your scratch removal system is. For the last 12 years we have been using the SRP unit. We recently had a job consisting of 7 8x5 panels and 5 3x7 panles with almost the entier panel scratched from the stucco guys removing splatered stucco with thier floats. Normally we would have passed on a job this big. It would have taken too much time to remove all the scratches and would not have been cost effective. Additionally the scratches went up to the edges on several windows and we would have not been able to remove those with the SRP unit.
I took this job and purchased your unit. I was amazed at how quickly it removed glass stock down to the scratch and how blending it in with the additional pads created NO DISTORTION. I repeat NO DISTORTION. The system was easy to use and we got the hang of it immediatly. We were able to bill $8,000 for the restoration and save the builder $30,000 in repacement costs. I have another job coming up I would have passed on also for $3,000 but with your system I told them No Problem.. Your system is by far the BEST out there and with the dry grinding there is no messy splatter when doing inside windows. Once again thank you so much. One of the best pieces of equipment I have purchased in the last 5 years.
